The nitty-gritty details.
Below, you will find the services that I offer virtually. With every new client inquiry, I require a 15–20 minute initial consultation—free of charge. This meeting is all about assessing your needs or goals. Then, I make sure we both have the opportunity to sit with whether or not our partnership will be good fit.
In the interim, take a seat and take your time.
-
Initial Intake Session — $175
Paid for either by insurance or out-of-pocket
Each new client’s first session is centered around gathering important background information, unpacking your intake questionnaire, and setting up a treatment plan.
-
Individual Therapy Session (50 Min) — $155
Paid for either by insurance or out-of-pocket
These consecutive sessions allow us to explore ways to reach your goals, build your therapeutic toolbox, and unpack patterns that no longer serve you.
-
Psychedelic Preparation & Integration
Paid for either by insurance or out-of-pocket
Psychedelic medicines are now being used for a handful of reasons — spiritual exploration, healing trauma & much more. These sessions will hold space for you as you either prepare for a trip with another clinic or have already safely experienced your exploration & hope to unpack further through integration.
-
EMDR-Thearpy Session (75 Min) — $275
This service of a longer session is only available out-of-pocket
These extended sessions give us more time to process and move through targeted trauma. More time and space to do this work provides us with the flexibility to meet you where you are and eliminate any feelings of urgency.
-
Walk & Talk Therapy Session — $175
This service is only available out-of-pocket
$155 plus $25/mile to site
As a clinician working from home, walk and talk sessions offer an opportunity to meet in person safely. Interacting with nature and moving our bodies takes away some of the more “clinical” aspects of traditional sessions. This opens space for new insights and connections to be made, an increase in self-awareness, and an ability to reflect on one’s relationship with the outside world.
