Psychedelic Prep & Integration Therapy

It fills my heart with joy to share that I recently completed a training for Ketamine-Assisted Therapy. This certificate provides me with the opportunity to create & hold space for those of you interested in thoughtfully preparing for a journey or exploring your journey with these substances after the fact.

Psychedelics have been researched & utilized around the globe for centuries. Whether one was focusing on expanding their consciousness or releasing pain to reconnect with themselves, these medicines have been powerful & life-changing for many. They are now used & much more acceptingly talked about today as ways to heal trauma, expand spiritually, build self-compassion & agency, & so much more due to the neuroplasticity in the brain.

In these sessions, I hope to either prepare you for a safe journey or help guide you after a completed experience — or, of course, both.

Please note

Decriminalizing these substances is something we are hearing of much more often, yet, most psychedelic medicines are still illegal — even though I believe people will continue to engage regardless.

So with that, I am here to support one’s agency to use these substances with discretion & hope through preparation or integration services one will be able to explore & process any & all insights.

These sessions do not involve the presence or facilitation of any psychedelics or provide advice around dosage.

  • Preparation sessions will only be available to those who are preparing for psychedelic therapy (most likely ketamine) with a clinic which is run thoughtfully & intentionally — as well as legally.

The session will include exploring one’s hopes, goals, and intentions for their trip so they can feel ready to lean into the medicine for guidance.

  • Integration sessions are for those interested in continuing to explore, unpack, & further understand their psychedelic experience. This is a safe space to highlight important insights & then learn to apply them for a greater sense of change.

  • At this time, I do not provide psychedelic therapy as the medicines are still illegal in most areas. Yet, as a Ketamine-Assisted Therapist, I do hope to eventually include ketamine experiences at my practice once I have teamed up with additional thoughtful professionals.

  • Yes! Through Field Trip Health & Mindbloom I have experienced more than a handful of ketamine sessions. Even though this medicine is not for everyone, I personally am able to acknowledge the immense benefits & changes which have happened over the last year+.
